Design

  • Agreeing on guidelines and development of the space plan;
  • Establishment of the budget framework;
  • Development of the project concept/project guidelines;
  • Preparation of cost estimation of finishing works;

  • Completion of the design along with obtaining the necessary arrangements or administrative decisions needed to carry out construction works;
