Design process step by step
We will start work on the project with the ANALYSIS of the lease area. At the beginning we will conduct a site visit and prepare an inventory, then check the fire conditions and building guidelines provided by the landlord. We will prepare a quick TEST FIT to check if the space is sufficient for the needs of your organization.
The next stage will be a SPACE PLAN, i.e. planning the space including the functional arrangement of the rooms and furniture in accordance with the regulations and ergonomics. We will prepare and present to you layout plans and a few visualizations of selected premises.
Having already the accepted functional layout, we will move to the CONCEPT design stage, to show you our vision of the interior design: we will develop plans and visualizations taking into account the main shots, we will prepare view boards showing the interior climate, as well as guidelines for finishing materials and equipment (ready-made furniture and built-in furniture, lighting, fabrics, additions and accessories).
Finally, we will prepare a complete BUILDING DESIGN (if a building permit is required) and a DETAILED DESIGN covering architecture, installations, material specifications and material samples. Based on the design, we will prepare a reliable ESTIMATE and SCHEDULE of finishing works.
